As a graphic designer on the project to redesign the Crewe and Harpur sign, it was an exciting challenge to refresh the Harpur Crewe family crest while staying true to the traditional look and feel.
I began by researching the history of the sign and the family crest, taking inspiration from the original design and incorporating modern touches to bring it to life.
It was great working with the groundskeeping team to install the new sign and get it to look perfect.
It was rewarding to see the finished product hanging proudly above the entrance of The Crewe and Harpur, ready to welcome guests. I'm proud to have been a part of this project to restore a piece of village history while adding a fresh touch to the property.
